In the Char Siu recipe, what do you do with the garlic...chopped? What is the name of the soy sauce? What is the name of the BBQ marinade powder? How long do you cook it for? What temperature?
ReplyDeleteAlso, what is the name of the second recipe? What kind of lettuce? Iceberg?
Thanks for writing these down! You're the bestest!
