Fast Food
Today was interesting. I just came home from school when my dad suddenly showed me this bag that says Jack in the Box with some hamburgers and french fries in it. I just looked at it for a while, trying to get it through my mind that he actually bought that. It has been a long time since I have last seen him bring fast food into the house. Then, when I thought that was surprising, he comes home an hour later with some Chinese food from Tai Pan Chinese Restaurant which included chow mien, orange chicken, broccoli, and some chicken. This surprised me even more, especially when you are asked to eat dinner at 4:30 pm. I said it was too early, so we waited till 5 to eat (which is still really early but better than 4:30). The food was pretty tasty although I found some pieces of orange chicken I ate kind of gelatinous on the outside.

Heaa?!? This post is hilarious because it's true. He very rarely brings fast food into the house. Maybe they too busy to make dinner. That looks yummy though! Hope everyone is doing well. Coming home this coming weekend, so see you soon!

ReplyDeleteYeah, what is up with the early dinners lately? I think I need to stop eating lunch when I'm home for dinner so I can enjoy it. Jealous of the steamed broccoli.
